Mission

• Make Lindy the world’s most powerful AI employee and automate all knowledge work.

Responsibilities

• Team and Culture Building: Champion a culture of innovation and performance. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, ensuring we build the best product and technology in the world.
• Strategic Planning: Construct and endorse project roadmaps, aligning with broader company objectives. Define engineering ownership across different undertakings.
• Performance Oversight: Dive deep into performance metrics, guiding the team towards excellence. Spot challenges, remove roadblocks, hold DRIs accountable, and keep a consistently high bar.
• Financial Management: Safeguard the engineering budget, ensuring allocations make strategic and operational sense.
• Vendor Relationships: Forge powerful collaborations with external tech partners, securing deals that offer the most bang for the buck.
• Recruitment and Development: Attract the brightest minds and invest in their growth. Engage in meaningful conversations, touching on both tech hurdles and career aspirations.
• Technical Quality: Set and maintain the highest standards, ensuring all technical outputs, from code to documentation, are impeccable.
• Stakeholder Communication: Seamlessly connect the engineering team with external and internal stakeholders.
