Hubspot Contact from Webhook

I've configured a webhook that will automatically create or update HubSpot contacts when your form is submitted. The workflow will first check if the contact already exists by searching their email address. If they're new, a contact will be created with all the form data. If they already exist, their information will be updated instead. Would you like me to explain how to connect your form to this webhook?
