As a content editor, I appreciate that Rytr includes practical tools like a grammar checker, sentence shortener, rewording tool, and primarily generators for job descriptions and business ideas.

For small writing jobs or brainstorming, Rytr performs well. 

The interface is clean, and the workflow is simple:  choose a use case, pick a tone and language, and add your input. 

You can even generate multiple variants, tweak creativity levels, and keep your drafts organized in folders. 

I also improved a product description using Rytr’s AI Bullet Point Generator. 

Though the results were fast, I had to tweak them a bit.

I also used it to generate SEO-optimized blog sections, pitch ideas to clients, and even create custom cold emails for niche audiences by feeding it structured prompts. 

The catch is, you still need to be precise with your prompts.

You can refine outputs, ask for alternatives, and make the conversation adapt to your style or use case. 

Tools like custom instructions, GPTs (fine-tuned mini-bots), and prompt chaining take the FLEXIBILITY up a notch.

ChatGPT doesn’t always know what’s current, and it can sound overly confident about wrong facts unless you verify. 

It also follows strict content policies, which can limit how far you take certain conversations.

Plus, I did find it a bit frustrating when GPT started hallucinating while I was working on a buying guide for the best PDF editors.

I wouldn’t call it intuitive, though. 

The learning curve is there, especially if you’re new to CRM-based systems.

Need to check your calendar availability or book a meeting? Just ask. I tested it with a simple “Do I have time between 1 and 3 PM tomorrow?” and it pulled my calendar data in seconds. 

Then, with one more prompt, it scheduled a meeting for me.

I even asked Gemini to write full email drafts for sales pitches, proposals, you name it, and it didn’t disappoint. 

You can fine-tune the tone or length, then drop it right into your reply. 

Most edits can be made directly in Canvas, too, which keeps the whole process smooth.

Gemini isn’t perfect with every prompt. I had to manually adjust an event’s duration when it misread the time. I found GPT more reliable for nuanced writing tasks, but Gemini holds its ground when it comes to real-time workspace actions.

The process of previewing, testing, and sending is smooth. It also includes click tracking, scheduling, unsubscribe links, and an “autopilot” mode for better deliverability. 

I liked the preview feature, which gave me a clean test run before I hit send. It doesn’t overcomplicate the basics.

That said, its AI features felt more like a side note than a core strength.

When I asked it to reply to emails in German, it worked fine, but it lacked context-awareness.
